Account Manager (UK)
About the role
TAINA are looking for experienced Account Managers to join our growing team of exceptional talent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and managing complex projects through to completion.
Responsobilities include:

Manage and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication, meetings, and follow-up

Understand client needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including scoping, planning, and delivery
-
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
-
Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
-
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and expand client relationships
-
Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
Experience/skills we are looking for:
-
Relevant BA/BSC degree or equivalent work experience, i.e. 4 years in a similar role
-
3+ years of experience in account management
-
Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management
-
Experience working in SAAS and demonstrable understanding of cloud-based software delivery models and infrastructure
-
Working knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
-
Experience working in Financial Services and a familiarity with fintech industry trends and technologies
-
Tax operations knowledge is highly desirable
