Marketing Executive
Salary: £26-28k pa
About the role
TAINA is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team of exceptional talent. You will work with Abi, our Marketing Manager, to promote TAINA’s products and services, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This is a hands-on role and you must thrive in a small and fast-paced environment.
Responsobilities include:
- Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as thought leadership blog posts, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and whitepapers.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with the fintech community, and drive traffic to the company's digital assets. Monitor social media trends and engage with followers.
- Website Management: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Collaborate with web agencies to make necessary improvements.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and clients. This may involve creating landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Ensure that marketing initiatives support sales efforts and product launches.
Experience/skills we are looking for:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Marketing Executive role
- Content and social media marketing using different media, such as newsletters, podcasts, social media posts, and videos
- Solid understanding of how to drive leads using digital marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Affiliate and email marketing, web forms, analytics, CRM, e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics
- SEO marketing, tactics and monitoring, PPC advertising
- Copy writing and design skills and knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign etc.)
- CMS platforms, e.g. Wordpress
