Sales Development Representative (US)
About the role
TAINA are looking for self-motivated sales professionals to join our industry-leading RegTech company and growing team of exceptional talent. You will be the sole representative in your specified region and will lead on identifying potential clients, generating new business, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsobilities include:
- Lead generation using resources, such as CRM and LinkedIn, to explore target accounts and find potential clients and new business
- Develop positive relationships with prospects to qualify them and schedule demonstrations
- Manage and promptly connect with inbound leads to communicate product benefits and assess the level of interest
- Become an expert in TAINA’s products, services, and competitive space to best position TAINA as a leading solution
Experience/skills we are looking for:
- Relevant BA/BSC degree or equivalent work experience, i.e. 4 years in a similar role
- 1-2 years demonstratable sales experience, specifically in outbound calling
- Experience using a variety of resources, sites and systems, to generate leads

- A confident communicator with a thorough understanding of client relations and the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Cool, calm and professional at all times
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Flexibility to work across time zones where needed
