We are based in London's Level 39 in Canary Wharf however we work with clients all over the world.

FATCA/CRS solution for online onboarding

For financial institutions who onboard their customers online, we will provide a user-friendly interactive solution which helps customers complete their tax form correctly.

The solution validates the form and cross-checks all the relevant information in real time and thus ensures that invalid form never reaches the financial institution.

Professor Haydon Perryman

Haydon Perryman brings with him tremendous wealth of knowledge of FATCA, CRS, DAC2, CDOT and 871(m) and practical hands-on experience of running Global FATCA, CRS and CDOT Programmes across Europe, the Americas and APAC.

Haydon's experience spans Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking. Haydon is a Primary Author of the LexisNexis® Guide to FATCA Compliance.

Professor Perryman's knowledge and experience will be invaluable in shaping TAINA's solution to the challenges of FATCA and CRS.


Chris Gladwin

Chris Gladwin works with TAINA's management team on its key growth, technology and top technology talent decisions.

Chris has founded and built a number of very successful large technology businesses, most recently Cleversafe valued at USD 1.4 billion on its sale to IBM, making over 80 employees millionaires in the process. This is the model TAINA is determined to pursue.

Chris' experience of building successful high growth technology businesses is proving to be very valuable in ensuring TAINA's continuing sustainable growth.

Professor Andreas Fischer

Professor Andreas Fischer

Professor Fischer is one of the world's leading experts in the field of document analysis and handwriting recognition. He is guiding TAINA's research and development in this area at a strategic level.

Andreas' research group on Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence is located in Fribourg, Switzerland, where he is a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland and a lecturer at the University of Fribourg.


Joo Hee Lee - PhD, CFA, CQF

Joo Hee brings with her extensive knowledge and experience of the portfolio management industry and phenomenal analytical skills.

Joo Hee has been very successfully managing multi-billion dollar funds at the same time as leading a Solutions Design Team for a global Asset Management institution.



Cyber and data security are critically important elements of TAINA's solution. Ali is a cyber security professional with extensive experience in financial institutions.


Maxim Penkin - MBA

Maxim is a Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Investments at Invest AG. Maxim is also the Chairman of the Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of a number of formidable institutions.


Hernando Bunuan - MBA

Hernando’s experience of strategic and financial transactions is extremely valuable as TAINA enters the next stage of growth. He has been instrumental in helping a number of young successful companies grow and scale up.

Hernando was a founding member of a technology investment banking team as well as a transaction structuring team at a Big 4 firm.

He is the UK Alumni President of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.


Vin Murria - BSc MBA OBE

Vin has been awarded an Order of the British Empire, one of the highest possible royal honours in the UK, for her services to the UK Digital Economy and Advancement of Women in Software Sector.

Vin is a legendary woman technology entrepreneur, named CISCO's Woman of the Year and Tech Entrepreneur of the Year.

In 2007, she founded her latest venture, Advanced Computer Software, which she grew to become one of the UK’s largest software businesses, before selling to Vista in 2015.

Vin brings more than 25 years of venture capital, private equity, M&A and CEO/operational experience in the software sector.

Vin is currently a non-executive director for Sophos PLC, Softcat and for Zoopla Property Group, and she is a partner at Elderstreet Investments. Previously, Vin has held non-executive director positions for Chime Communications, Greenko Group and Concateno.

Ruslan Sibaev

Ruslan is a senior trader and financial markets professional, with over 15 years of international financial markets experience.

Currently, Ruslan heads up Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Trading at Promsvyazbank, one of the largest financial institutions in EMEA.

Prior to this Ruslan has done financial structuring, sales and trading in equity and credit derivatives, structured credit and other financial instruments at Standard Bank, ING, Alfa Bank and other major financial institutions.

Geographically, Ruslan has covered Russia/ CIS as well as Sub-Saharan African countries. Ruslan's expertise includes trading and structuring credit, interest rates and foreign exchange products.


Jeremy Perlman

Jeremy is a very experienced enterprise software sales leader.

He is a VP EMEA for Trifacta, a software company that simplifies data preparation with machine learning.

Previously, he held similar roles at other U.S. technology companies including Apigee (now Google) and Ribbit (acquired by BT).

Jeremy's experience is proving very valuable as TAINA is growing its customer base.
